【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthedeterminationofmercuryintwopartswhichuseeithertin(Ⅱ)chlorideorsodiumtetrahydroborateasreducingagent.Themethodsdescribedinclauses4and5aresuitableforthedeterminationofmercuryinwater,forexampleinground,surfaceandwastewaters,intheconcentrationrangefrom0,01μg/1to1μg/l.Higherconcentrationsmaybedeterminedifthewatersampleisdiluted.Thetotalmercurycontentofwaterisdeterminedafterdigestionofthesample.Ifonlysolublemercurycompoundsaretobedetermined,afiltrationstepusinga0,45μmmembranefilterisappliedpriortodigestion.Mono-ordivalentmercuryisreducedtotheelementalformbyareducingagentsuchastin(Ⅱ)chloride,SnCl2,orsodiumtetrahydroborate,NaBH4,inanacidmedium.Elementalmercuryisthenstrippedfromthesolutionwiththeaidofastreamofinertgasandtransportedoveranoblemetalsurfacewithalargearea,suchasgold/platinumgauze,onwhichthemercuryisadsorbed.Themercuryisreleasedbyrapidheatingoftheadsorbantandfurthertransportedinastreamofcarriergastoasuitablecuvette.Absorbancesaremeasuredatawavelengthof253,7nmintheradiationbeamofanatomicabsorptionspectrometer.Concentrationsarecalculatedusingacalibrationcurve.Inordertofullydecomposeallofthemercurycompounds,adigestionprocedureisrequired.Digestioncanbeomittedonlyifitiscertainthatthemercuryconcentrationmaybemeasuredwithoutthispretreatment.
