【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardappliestodevicesusedinElectronicArticleSurveillance(EAS),RadioFrequencyIdentification(RFID)andsimilarapplications.TheobjectiveoftheStandardistospecify,forsuchequipment,themethodsfordemonstrationofcompliancewithbasicrestrictionsorreferencelevelsrelatedtohumanexposuretoelectromagneticfields.TheCouncilDirective1999/5/EC[4],Article3.1(a),definesessentialrequirementsforequipmentthatiseitherradioequipmentortelecommunicationsequipmentorboth;withregardtotheprotectionofthehealthandsafetyoftheuserandanyotherperson.ThisdocumentmaybeusedfordemonstrationofcompliancetotheCouncilDirectivewithreferencetohumanexposuretoelectromagneticfields(EMF’s).ThereareadditionalrequirementscoveredbyArticle3.1(a),whicharenotincludedinthisdocument.TheCouncilDirective73/23/EEC[3],Article2,stipulatesthattheMemberStatestakeallappropriatemeasurestoensurethatelectricalequipmentmaybeplacedonthemarketonlyif,havingbeenconstructedinaccordancewithgoodengineeringpracticeinsafetymattersinforceintheCommunity,itdoesnotendangerthesafetyofpersons,domesticanimalsorpropertywhenproperlyinstalledandmaintainedandusedinapplicationsforwhichitwasmade.TheprincipalelementsofthosesafetyobjectivesarelistedinannexIclause2b.ThisdocumentmaybeusedfordemonstrationofcompliancetotheCouncilDirectiveonlywithreferencetohumanexposuretoelectromagneticfields(EMF’s).ThereareadditionalrequirementscoveredbyArticle2andannexIclause2b,whicharenotincludedinthisdocument.TheCouncilRecommendation1999/519/EC[2]providesBasicRestrictionsandderivedReferenceLevelsforexposureofthegeneralpublicintheareaswheretheyspendsignificanttime.ThisdocumentmaybeusedfordemonstrationofequipmentcompliancetotheCouncilRecommendationonthisbasis,buttheremaybeadditionalspecificNationalorInternationalrequirementswhicharenotincluded.TheICNIRPGuidelines[1]provideBasicRestrictionsandderivedReferenceLevelsforbothoccupationalandgeneralpublicexposure.ThisdocumentmaybeusedfordemonstrationofequipmentcompliancetoICNIRPGuidelinesonthisbasis,buttheremaybeadditionalspecificNationalorInternationalrequirementswhicharenotincluded.OtherStandardscanapplytoproductscoveredbythisdocument.Inparticularthisdocumentisnotdesignedtoassesstheelectromagneticcompatibilitywithotherequipment,medicalorotherwise.Itdoesnotreflectanyproductsafetyrequirementsotherthanthosespecificallyrelatedtohumanexposuretoelectromagneticfields.

【摘要】:TestMethodD2051isusefulfortestingtodeterminetheeffectofrepeatedlaunderingontheappearanceofthedecorativecoatingofazipper.Thistestmethodisconsideredsatisfactoryforacceptancetestingofcommercialshipmentsbecausethemethodhasbeenusedextensivelyinthetradeforacceptancetesting.5.2.1Iftherearedifferencesofpracticalsignificancebetweenreportedtestresultsfortwolabortories(ormore),comparativetestshouldbeperformedtodetermineifthereisastatisticalbiasbetweenthem,usingcompententstatisticalassistance.Asaminimum,thetestsamplesshouldbeusedthatareashomogeneousaspossible,thataredrawnfromthematerialfromwhichthedisparatetestresultswereobtained,andthatarerandomlyassignedinequalnumberstoeachlaboratoryfortesting.Othermaterialswithestablishedtestvaluesmaybeusedforthispurpose.Thetestresultsfromthetwolaboratoriesshouldbecomparedusingastatisticaltestforunpaireddata,ataprobabilitylevelchosenpriortothetestingseries.Ifabiasisfound,eitheritscausemustbefoundandcorrected,orfuturetestresultsmustbeadjustedinconsiderationoftheknownbias.Thetestmethod(s)inthestandardalongwiththoseinTestMethodsD2052,D2053,D2054,D2057,D2058,D2059,D2060,D2061,andD2062areacollectionofproventestmethods.Theycanbeusedasaidsintheevaluationofzipperswithouttheneedforathoroughknowledgeofzippers.Theenumeratedtestmethodsdonotprovidefortheevaluationofallzipperproperties.Besidesthosepropertiesmeasuredbymeansoftheenumeratedtestmethodsthereareotherpropertiesthatmaybeimportantforthesatisfactoryperformanceofazipper.Testmethodsformeasuringthosepropertieshavenotbeenpublishedeitherbecausenopracticalmethodshaveyetbeendevelopedorbecauseavalidevaluationoftheinformationresultingfromexistingunpublishedmethodsrequiresanintimateandthoroughknowledgeofzippers.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofthedurabilityoftheenamelorotherdecorativecoatingofazipperwhensubjectedtolaundering.1.2Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
